Mindful Movement Spring Symmetry Training Block
April 6th – June 29th
2026 Spring WOW focuses on unilateral strength – training one side at a time using body weight, bands, & dumbbells.
You may have a prior leg/arm injury, joint-replacement, or some other compensation pattern that’s led to unequal force distribution.
Loading one-side independently benefits you in these ways:
Develops core and stability strength through isometric contractions on the opposite side you’re working.
Reveals where you may have left-to-right imbalances and helps develop muscle-mind connection on your weaker side.
Gives the body an opportunity to unravel compensation patterns.
Increases muscle recruitment in lagging muscle-groups.
Improves stability and mobility imbalances.
Who’s this program for?
Anyone who strength trains and wants to focus on your weaker side.
Athletes who favor one sided movement (tennis, golf, bowling, softball).
Professionals who do repetitive physical work with their dominant side.
YOU – if you’re new to strength training, want to start intentionally, commit to a 12 week training block, AND benefit from group/peer support & accountability.
We meet online via Zoom Mondays 5:30-6:30PM (recordings shared weekly).
