Spring Symmetry Training April 6th - June 29th
Mindful Movement Spring Symmetry training block will help you get stronger in a balanced way!
It’s very common to have one side of your body that’s stronger than the other.
You may have a prior leg/arm injury, joint-replacement, or some other compensation pattern that’s led to unequal force distribution.
The Spring WOW session focuses on unilateral strength – training one arm/leg at a time using body weight, bands, & dumbbells.
Loading one extremity intentionally has multiple benefits:
Develops core and stability strength through isometric contractions on the opposite side you’re working.
Reveals where you may have left-to-right imbalances and helps develop muscle-mind connection on your weaker side.
Gives the body an opportunity to unravel compensation patterns.
Improves stability and mobility imbalances.

Professionals who do repetitive physical work with their dominant side.
