These 30 minute sessions are designed to build lean muscle, increase strength, and improve body composition. 


Through strategic supersets + time under tension (slow lowering phase) + progressive overload you’ll challenge your muscles, boost your metabolism, and create lasting results.

THE GOAL: BE strong, feel fit, free up time, and have the energy and confidence to LIVE all out this summer!☀️💪

THE DEETS:

Dates: July 6th – September 28th (no classes 8/31 & 9/7)

Day/time: Mondays 6 - 6:30 PM (recordings shared weekly)

Investment: $90 (11-week series)

What to expect:

✔️ Supersetted upper- and lower-body strength exercises to maximize efficiency and keep your workouts moving.

✔️ Slow, controlled eccentric (lowering) phases to increase time under tension, stimulate muscle growth, and build strength.

✔️ Progressive overload to ensure continued improvement in strength, muscle tone, and overall fitness.

✔️ Dedicated core work to maintain and improve abdominal and back strength, supporting posture, balance, and everyday movement.

What you’ll need:
