SUMMER WOW
WOMEN ON WEIGHTS – is an ONLINE (ZOOM) full-body movement class designed to challenge Strength, Balance, & Core!
Dates: July 7th - August 18th
Day/time: Mondays 5:30 - 6:30 PM
Cost: 7-week Session $98 | $17/Drop-in
Equipment: A mat, resistance band, large ball, & dumbbells.
Class recordings shared weekly
SUMMER FOCUS:
Turkish get-ups, sun salutation, & Swiss Ball training.
YIN YOGA FOR IMPROVED SLEEP
A calming, balancing practice that helps quiet the mind, release tight muscles, and prepares the nervous system for deep slumber.
Day/Time: Tuesdays, 7:30-8:15PM
Dates: July 8th → 29th
Location: Online, via Zoom.
Cost: Free community class for the month of July
Equipment: a mat, blankets, yoga blocks, pillows, bolster, or other props that may bring comfort to your practice.
Zoom recordings shared each week.
No prior yoga experience necessary.
YOGA-PILATES FUSION
Enjoy a variety of Pilates mat exercises, plus yoga combinations (in-person @ the Grange Hall)
No Pilates experience necessary, modifications offered for all levels.

Please bring: a mat & any props that may add comfort to your practice (blocks/blanket).
WISE STRENGTH
Improve strength, bone-density, blood sugar, & balance.
Dates: February 12th → March 12th (5 week session)
Day/Time: Online (Zoom) Wednesdays, 12-12:45 PM
Cost: $75.00
Equipment: a sturdy chair, light dumbbells or soup cans.
Zoom recordings shared weekly.
No prior strength training experience necessary, all levels welcomed.
MOVEMENT + MEALS FOR OSTEOPOROSIS & OSTEOPENIA WEBINAR
When: Friday, November 22nd @ 6-7PM
Where: Online via Zoom
What: Bone-health education + you’ll Practice exercises that improve bone-density, and balance drills that reduce fall-risks.
Come learn which nutrients are vital, and take home meal ideas that fuel bone-health!

CLASS DETAILS:
Yoga:
Mindful Movement Yoga is about moving & feeling better. Yoga poses taught with an emphasis on listening to your body, choosing supportive postures, and practicing stillness. Potent skills that are helpful in daily life.
Pilates:
Your favorite mat-based core exercises using gentle resistance (Pilates circle & resistance band). Classes are low impact, move at a gradual pace, and allow time for deepening your breath & flexibility.
For inspired beginners, and experienced movers alike.
Core-Flow:
A low impact class, focused on whole-body strength, flexibility, stability, with an emphasis on the abdominals, back, and hips. A fantastic class for those looking to connect and strengthen their core.
WOW– Women On Weights:
A full-body strength training program, designed for midlife women. Class focuses on: mobility, dumbbell strength-sets, core engagement, and balance. This is an ongoing class designed to challenge your strength-capacity, maintain/increase bone density, and improve balance.
Band Class:
Whether you’re recovering from an injury, or want to increase strength. Incorporating resistance-bands into your movement routine, provides challenge to your skeletal, and muscular system.
Class includes: mindful breathing, seated and standing strength work, plus balance practice. You’ll strengthen muscles, maintain bone density, release neck and back tension, and improve stability, balance, and flexibility.
Beginner WOW:
This at-home 45 minute full-body strength training sequence is your insurance against muscle and bone loss! Reap the benefits of weight-lifting, while supported in a chair. This class is for you if you’re new to strength training, want to increase lean mass, or are restarting after an illness, injury.
