A 12 week program focused on fat-loss & increased lean-muscle.

INCLUDED:

Kick-off coaching: intake review, calorie-range recommendations (based on intake info/goals), and macro targets.(Zoom, 45 minutes).

Three - 1-1 strength-training sessions: written PDF provided, updated monthly (in-person or Zoom, 45 minutes).

Accountability/support: each week you’ll share key data points: weight/fat/muscle % (from smart-scale data), meal macros, plus receive individual coaching via text message.
