Hi I’m Becky,  

From beautiful Waterbury, Vermont I lead fitness inspired classes, one-on-one movement-mentorship, and coach 50+ women.

Midlife transitions can be rough. I know all about this…when I experienced a job-change, and my kids started taking flight, I went through an unraveling. An empty house, and career transition forced me take a sacred pause, deepen my relationship with myself, and clarify how I wanted to experience my second-act of life.

It wasn’t easy, but I figured out how to take small steps, stick with a plan, and resist the urge to migrate back to my comfort-zone.

The initial session is free for qualified applicants.

WHY AN APPLICATION?

Complimentary sessions are for prospective coaching clients who are ready to invest in themselves – coaching rates are: $657 -$1,197 (packages 6 weeks - 6months).

I value your time and mine, and mindfully review each application before confirming a complimentary session. Your application will help me learn about you, your situation, and determine if I can be of help. If not, I’ll do my best to suggest an alternative resource.

Information you share also influences how I prepare for our time together. I place the utmost care in client appointments, and subscribe to the highest level of confidentiality.
