Is online, in-home personalized movement mentoring right for me? 

Life can be overwhelming sometimes, right? Trying to "do it all" is exhausting, draining, and can feel impossible. With busy, hectic schedules, health and fitness sometimes takes a backseat. Most of us don't have hours to spend at the gym; with online personal movement mentoring, virtually from your home, office, or hotel room while traveling, you don't have to. If you’ve had a hard time sticking with your fitness goals in the past, in-home, online movement coaching may be ideal for you.      

Becky connects with you via Zoom so you enjoy all the benefits of one-on-one training in the comfort of your home. Each week you'll experience a progressive routine – resulting in improved balance, strength, flexibility, and overall mobility. Given the current circumstances; social distancing and quarantines due to COVID-19, you can benefit from personal programming, motivational instruction, and completely change the trajectory of your health and wellness starting today.

How you can get started: 
  1. First email Becky: bewidschwenter@comcast.net to inquire availability (3/2/2021: I'm currently not accepting new clients, if you'd like to be added to my wait-list please email). 
  2. When availability opens, and schedules align, you'll receive an intake form via email. 
  3. Once your intake form has been received (scanned emailed, or snail-mail), Becky will meet with you (session 1) via Zoom to review past history, concerns, questions, and goal setting. 
  4. Follow-up appointments (45-50 minutes) can be made at this time, one month in advance is recommended to reserve preferential-space. 
Investment: 
  • 1 session = $55 
  • 5 sessions = $245
