What should I wear?
Wear comfortable, fitted exercise clothing. Sneakers are encouraged for strength training and high-intensity classes, but not for Pilates and Remote Retreats. 

Do I need to be in shape? 
Mindful Movement classes can be challenging, but you'll be offered modifications throughout class. Please listen to your body and work at your individual pace. You're the most informed practitioner of your physical body, pay attention to inner whispers, and never ignore pain – you always have the option to rest, stretch-out, or join us another day.
