Although the human body is a highly organized structure, and alignment is sometimes emphasized, you are the intelligent guardian of your body, and always know best.

Soften and mobilize the basket that houses your heart.
More flexibility in the body, more flexibility in the mind. Less rigidness softens the most important muscle you have – your heart. A softened heart – a greater capacity to choose right action.
